Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to product availability. An order is confirmed once the advance, where applicable, is received.
Installation charges assume normal access. Additional charges may apply where access requires cranes, structural work, or where floor strength is insufficient for the chosen unit.
Products carry the manufacturer warranty stated at the time of sale. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, fire, flood or forced entry attempts.
Customers are responsible for the safekeeping of keys and access codes. We do not retain copies of customer keys or combinations. Lockout assistance requires proof of ownership.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service supplied. We are not liable for the contents stored inside a safe or locker.
